Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to :
✅ Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders for digital products may only be cancelled if:
* The license key or download access has not yet been delivered
Once a digital product has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the order cannot be cancelled due to the nature of digital distribution.
⏱ Cancellation Timeframe
* Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of purchase
* Requests must be made before delivery of the license key or download link
After delivery has been completed, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
💸 Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved (before delivery):
* A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
* Refunds are processed within 5 business days
After processing, it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by purchasing and accepting delivery of a digital product, you expressly agree to waive this right, as the digital content is made available immediately. This is consistent with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
